The Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a vital member of an insurance agency team, responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while supporting agency growth and operations. This full-time, in-office role requires an active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license, and candidates with a Life and Health license are preferred. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture customer relationships by delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service in response to all client inquiries and policy servicing needs.
- Assist clients with insurance policy information, including availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate clients about various insurance products and coverage options, ensuring clients are empowered to make informed decisions.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and support policy renewals and retention efforts.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals, contributing to agency success.
- Prepare and deliver timely and detailed activity reports to the agent, supporting transparency and accountability within the team.
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments through ongoing education and training.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support for agency initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license is required for consideration.
- Life and Health insurance license preferred.
