Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance clients, delivering high-quality customer service and support.
- Utilize your active Property and Casualty license to assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and claims.
- Educate customers about insurance options using a value-based approach.

- Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-up and engagement.
