Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Utilize active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to provide informed guidance on coverage and insurance options.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to policyholders, addressing questions about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products and coverage options, ensuring clients make informed decisions.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
