Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring follow-up and ongoing communication as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, and policy modifications.
- Educate clients on available insurance products through a needs-based review process, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Process claim submissions, billing clarifications, and policy transfers efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to daily success and ongoing improvement.
- Generate timely and thorough activity reports to keep agency leadership informed.
- Remain current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.
- Assist with office administration and support other team members as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Ability to obtain Life and Health insurance license if not already held.
