The Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C, Life & Health) plays a vital role in supporting a successful insurance agency by delivering outstanding service and developing strong customer relationships. Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Supports insurance agency operations by delivering exceptional customer service and value-based guidance
- Handles policy inquiries, changes, claims, and billing with accuracy and professionalism

- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverages, and policy changes

- Generate and follow up on activity reports for agency management
