Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing prompt follow-up and ongoing support.
- Develop new service opportunities with existing and prospective clients, helping expand the agency’s book of business.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing questions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
- Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close new sales as appropriate.
- Engage in ongoing networking efforts to build community connections and agency visibility.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to agency success through daily professional conduct.
- Prepare and submit timely activity reports to agency leadership.
- Remain up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
