Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive communication
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including addressing insurance inquiries, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate clients on insurance options and recommend appropriate products based on their needs
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to drive business growth
- Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to daily success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agency
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required prior to start date
- Ability to obtain Life and Health license within 60 days of hire
