Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing insurance inquiries and providing tailored solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients on insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent and support agency operations as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals and drive customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for coverage enhancements and cross-selling.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required).
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license if not already held.
