Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Full-time, in-office position for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative in Beverly Hills, CA

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
- Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products and industry updates
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer support
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting overall agency goals

- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
