Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Provide exceptional customer service to insurance policyholders via phone and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with questions related to insurance availability, policy changes, billing, and claims
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding requests
- Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options

- Answer incoming calls and greet clients professionally
