Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that policyholders receive the information and support they need. Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service related to insurance products.
- Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing details.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Document all client interactions and maintain up-to-date records in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Support the agency’s mission by actively contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required).
- Previous experience with State Farm is required for this role.
