Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

- Maintain precise and up-to-date records using State Farm ECRM systems
- Support client retention efforts and participate in light sales activities when appropriate
- Ensure regular follow-up and maintain strong communication with clients and team members

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct State Farm agency experience
- Active California Property and Casualty insurance license
- Active California Life insurance license
