Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to policyholders, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally
- Process payments, assist with policy service needs, and complete required documentation accurately
- Manage BOD tasks, including past due follow-up, to maintain policyholder accounts and ensure compliance
- Provide claim concierge support for clients, assisting them throughout the claims process for a seamless experience
- Facilitate policy updates, endorsements, and changes as requested by clients
- Maintain accurate records and updates in State Farm ECRM to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Support policy retention efforts and participate in light sales activities when appropriate
- Ensure timely follow-up, strong communication, and effective problem-solving for all customer interactions

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct State Farm agency experience
- Active California Property and Casualty license
- Active California Life license
- Full working knowledge of State Farm ECRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Additional licensing in Arizona, Nevada, or Oregon is a plus
