As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting both customer service and light sales activities. This position requires a minimum of five years of direct State Farm agency experience, as well as current licensure in California for both Property and Casualty and Life insurance. Additional licensing in Arizona, Nevada, or Oregon is considered a plus.
Working remotely, you will be responsible for processing policy changes, supporting client retention, providing claim concierge support, and handling a range of service-related requests. You will utilize your knowledge of State Farm’s ECRM system to maintain detailed records and ensure timely follow-up with clients. Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Remote, part-time position supporting a well-established State Farm agency
- Focus on customer service, policy servicing, claim concierge support, and light sales
- Requires extensive State Farm agency experience and current California licensure

- Deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Process premium payments and assist with policy servicing needs, such as updates and endorsements
- Handle BOD (Book of Business) tasks, including follow-ups on past due accounts
- Provide claim concierge support, guiding clients through the claims process
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the State Farm ECRM system
- Support client retention initiatives and engage in some sales activities as appropriate
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with all clients
