Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for insurance clients, addressing questions, policy changes, claim submissions, and more.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships, providing timely follow-up as needed.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and a strong work ethic, demonstrating total commitment to customer satisfaction and agency success.
- Complete thorough and timely activity reports for the agent, ensuring accurate documentation of all client interactions.
- Remain current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing training or continuing education.

- Handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing activities to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active insurance license in Property & Casualty or Life & Health (required before start date)
- Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish or Ukrainian are a plus
