Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Primary contact for clients regarding insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims.
- Requires an active Property and Casualty license; Life and Health license to be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service in response to client inquiries related to insurance products, policy eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate customers on available insurance options using a customer-focused needs assessment process.
