Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Full-time, in-office customer service role within a reputable State Farm Agent's team

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, providing ongoing support as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance policies, including availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries
- Educate clients using a customer-focused, needs-based approach to help them make informed insurance decisions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to daily success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent as required
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Life and Health license preferred but not required
