Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships through regular follow-up and support
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to insurance inquiries, including coverage, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate clients on available insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ongoing commitment to client success
- Provide timely and comprehensive reports to the agent on customer interactions and activities
- Remain up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment and support colleagues as needed

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required)
