Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate support for all client inquiries, including insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, transfers, and billing
- Educate clients about insurance products using a customer-focused, needs-based approach
- Consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to agency success
- Support agency operations by preparing timely and thorough activity reports
- Stay current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and required continuing education
- Assist with policy reviews, renewals, and claims processing as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Foster a positive team environment and collaborate to meet agency goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new functions
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and problem-solving
