Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Full-time position within a supportive insurance office environment
- Direct interaction with insurance clients, providing guidance and assistance
- Opportunity for professional development and advancement in the insurance industry
- Role requires a valid Property & Casualty license
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support to both existing and prospective clients
- Process policy change requests accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and services offered by the agency
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear explanations and solutions
- Collect premium payments from clients and process transactions securely
- Assist clients in understanding new products and services
- Solicit referrals from customers and explain the agency’s referral program
- Promptly answer incoming phone calls and return messages in a timely manner
- Adhere to all underwriting, rating, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Provide ongoing support to clients as their insurance needs evolve
