Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Part-time, hybrid remote/in-office position within a reputable insurance agency
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service
- Utilize your Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health insurance licenses to educate and support clients
- Work alongside an experienced, positive team committed to agency growth and customer satisfaction
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate and friendly service—including handling inquiries related to coverage, policy changes, billing, claims, and eligibility
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate clients about available insurance options
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date records and provide timely reports to the agent
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to solving problems and delivering solutions
