Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary contact for insurance clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Educate clients on insurance products, policy changes, and claim processes.
- Utilize your Property and Casualty license and, optionally, a Life and Health license to provide comprehensive service.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and ongoing communication.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries about insurance products, coverages, billing, eligibility, and claims.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance needs and present suitable options using a needs-based review process.
- Support policy changes, transfers, and claim submissions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive and timely activity reports for agency management.
