Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to insurance clients
- Support agency operations by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Utilize your active Property and Casualty license to educate and assist customers
- Work onsite in a collaborative and professional office environment
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture lasting customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed
- Handle inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options and benefits
- Adhere to a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to daily success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agency principal
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, continuing education, and technical developments in the industry
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, supporting agency goals and initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
