Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding their personal lines insurance needs.
- Utilize your active Property & Casualty license as well as Life & Health license to offer accurate, compliant guidance.
- Contribute to a positive team culture in the Nashville, TN office environment.
- Engage with both new and existing clients to address inquiries, provide solutions, and support agency growth objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships by proactively reaching out and following up as needed.

- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for all policy inquiries, including insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing questions.
- Respond to claims-related questions, guide clients through the submission process, and ensure clarity in coverage and policy details.
- Educate clients on available insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close new business while maintaining compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain thorough and timely activity reports for internal tracking and compliance purposes.
- Stay current on product, technical, and licensing developments, including ongoing continuing education as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health license (required).
