Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about insurance products and services
- Work collaboratively with agency staff to deliver exceptional service and support business growth
- Utilize industry knowledge to educate clients about available coverage options and policy changes
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to questions about eligibility, policy changes, coverage, claims, billing, and transfers
- Conduct customer-focused, needs-based reviews to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic and commitment to agency success
- Collaborate with team members to address client needs and achieve shared objectives
- Ensure all activity and interactions are documented in timely and thorough reports
- Stay current on product updates, licensing requirements, and industry developments

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Active Life and Health license (required)
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
