Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients in all aspects of their insurance needs
- Utilize active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health insurance licenses to address customer inquiries and policy changes
- Collaborate with agency team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Work in-office in Tifton, GA as a full-time employee
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Educate clients about insurance options using a consultative, needs-based approach

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
