Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture long-lasting customer relationships
- Follow up with clients as needed regarding their policies and claims
- Promptly respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Educate customers on insurance options through a needs-based review process
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success
- Generate and provide timely activity reports to the agent
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures
- Stay current on product updates and continuing education requirements
