The Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR), also known as Licensed Insurance CSR, plays a pivotal role in supporting insurance clients and maintaining positive relationships within a dynamic agency environment. As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries, and assisting with a variety of insurance-related processes.
