The Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a pivotal role in providing outstanding support and guidance to insurance clients. In this full-time position based in Tulsa, OK, you will join a dedicated insurance agency team focused on delivering a remarkable customer experience. As a Licensed Insurance CSR, your primary responsibility will be ensuring policyholders receive prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance regarding their Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health insurance needs. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with insurance customers, following up as needed to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly, accurately, and courteously to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate policyholders about a range of insurance options, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client communications and follow-up actions within agency systems.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to daily success and agency goals.
- Collaborate with agency team members to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education as required by industry standards.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agency principal or agent as part of ongoing performance evaluation.
- Engage proactively in problem-solving, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
