Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as a primary contact for insurance clients, responding to inquiries and providing policy support
- Utilize active Property & Casualty license to deliver accurate and timely service
- Foster strong client relationships through value-based conversations and needs assessments

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing follow-up as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including handling inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach
