Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative – Summary- Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns regarding insurance policies and services.
- Support both existing and potential customers by processing policy change requests and providing accurate information about insurance products.
- Play an integral role in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide detailed information to clients about new insurance products and services.
- Process customer requests for policy changes promptly and accurately.
- Handle premium payments and support customers in understanding billing procedures.
- Engage clients in referral programs and explain the benefits effectively.
- Respond to incoming calls promptly and return messages in a timely manner.
- Follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance guidelines as required by regulatory standards.
