Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Full-time position with a reputable State Farm agency in Phoenix, AZ
- Focused on providing exceptional customer service and insurance support
- Collaborative, growth-oriented team environment
- Engagement with the local community through events and outreach initiatives
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients regarding policy coverage, changes, billing inquiries, and claim support
- Develop new leads, schedule appointments, and nurture relationships with both prospective and existing customers
- Identify individual customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions
- Participate in local community events to enhance agency visibility and foster positive public relations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and uphold State Farm standards
- Competitive base pay with additional bonus and commission opportunities
- Annual earning potential ranging from $50,000 to $80,000, depending on performance

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license

- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and goal-oriented
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required
