Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients regarding policy coverage, changes, billing inquiries, and claim support
- Develop new leads, schedule appointments, and nurture relationships with both prospective and existing customers
- Identify individual customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions
- Participate in local community events to enhance agency visibility and foster positive public relations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and uphold State Farm standards

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred
- Additional sales experience in inside, outside, retail, or call center environments is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and goal-oriented
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required
