Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Provide exceptional customer service and support to insurance policyholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for policy changes, claims assistance, and customer inquiries
- Utilize your insurance licensing and knowledge to ensure clients’ needs are met
- Work collaboratively in an in-office setting within a supportive agency environment
- Answer customer questions regarding insurance products, policies, and coverage options
- Make policy changes and process updates accurately and in a timely manner
