Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture effective customer relationships with personalized follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to all policyholders
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, and transfers
- Educate customers using a needs-based review process to explain insurance options and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to support agency operations
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical advancements, and continuing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Active Life and Health license (required)
- State Farm agency experience (preferred)
