Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance product options and recommend suitable coverage
- Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in every client interaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and support business growth
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments through continuing education
- Provide timely, thorough activity reports to the agent and participate in team meetings
- Adapt quickly to new processes and technologies to deliver efficient service

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (P&C) required
- Life & Health Insurance License preferred, but not required
