Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about coverage, claims, and billing
- Facilitate value-based conversations to help customers make informed insurance decisions
- Maintain compliance with licensing, training, and company standards

- Establish and cultivate customer relationships, conducting regular follow-ups as needed

- Respond to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing
