Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with current and prospective insurance clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to agency success
- Deliver timely and thorough activity reports to the agent

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
