Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate quotes, pricing, and insurance information to both prospective and existing clients.
- Ensure all quotes and service procedures comply with Farmers® guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Meet or exceed new business sales goals by engaging with current leads, developing new business opportunities, and marketing appropriate insurance products.
- Assist clients with policy renewals, changes, and claims, delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every interaction.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications and policy updates in accordance with company protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license
- Active Arizona Life & Health insurance license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing, confident, and assertive demeanor
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to personal and professional growth
- Successful completion of a credit and background check
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or networking is a plus
