Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their insurance policies. You will leverage your active Property and Casualty license and your Life and Health license to respond to inquiries, educate customers about insurance options, and facilitate critical service processes. In this full-time position, you will participate as an integral member of an insurance agency, helping to create lasting relationships and foster client satisfaction through every interaction. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, providing follow-up support as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in all interactions, including answering questions regarding policy details, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to review client accounts and recommend appropriate insurance options based on their unique needs.
- Educate clients about insurance products, policy features, and available options to empower them in making informed decisions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling relevant insurance products and services that match customer profiles.

- Collaborate with agency team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals aligned with business objectives.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
