Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and nurturing customer relationships through ongoing, proactive communication and follow-up.
- Delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Utilizing a customer-focused and needs-based review process to educate clients on available insurance options and recommend suitable policies.
