Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance clients and prospects
- Leverage active Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health licenses, to provide comprehensive service

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through regular follow-up and proactive communication
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for all insurance-related inquiries
- Explain insurance policy options, eligibility, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Utilize a needs-based approach to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork, documentation, and activity reports
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license (required)
- Active Life and Health license (required)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills
