Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Engage with clients to provide exceptional service and foster long-term relationships as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative.
- Utilize active Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses to assist customers with insurance products and policy management.
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, and claims submissions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing routine follow-up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Address inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize needs-based review processes to educate clients on insurance options and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and total commitment to success, contributing positively to the agency’s goals each day.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, contributing to transparent communication and effective operations.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
