Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative – Summary
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their insurance questions and needs in a prompt, professional manner.
- Utilize your Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health insurance knowledge, to educate clients on policy options and coverage details.
- Collaborate closely with the agent and fellow team members to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Support agency growth by maintaining strong client relationships and providing value-driven service experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure ongoing satisfaction and coverage alignment.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing matters.
- Educate clients using a needs-based process to help them understand insurance options and make informed decisions about their coverage.
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and stay committed to providing solutions that meet clients’ evolving needs.
- Uphold a strong work ethic and demonstrate dedication to success and personal accountability on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the agent and team to provide timely and thorough activity reports and support agency operations.
- Stay informed about product changes, licensing updates, technical developments, and continuing education requirements.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
