Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and educate clients on available coverage options.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
- Remain current on product changes, industry developments, and continuing education requirements.
