Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers by engaging in regular communication and timely follow-ups as required.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including handling inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Educate customers about insurance products and options by employing a needs-based, customer-focused approach in all interactions.
- Consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily and long-term goals for both personal and team success.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the State Farm agent, ensuring effective communication and record-keeping.
- Remain current with all product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in ongoing continuing education as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license.
- Active Life and Health insurance license.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a dedication to delivering top-tier customer service.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and a commitment to accurate and timely completion of work.
- Ability to thrive in both independent and team-based work settings.
