Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client insurance service needs and inquiries
- Utilize active Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health insurance licenses, to deliver compliant, high-quality service
- Support agency growth through exceptional customer engagement and value-based conversations
- Maintain and build strong client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture client relationships with exceptional professionalism and care
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Maintain a consistent work ethic with a daily commitment to excellence
- Provide timely and thorough activity updates and reports to the agent
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to ensure seamless service delivery
- Take initiative to proactively solve customer issues and provide solutions
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic office setting
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all customer service and administrative tasks

- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
