Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative – Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding client experiences and supporting the continued growth of a reputable agency. This full-time position requires an active Property and Casualty license and a Life and Health license, enabling you to provide comprehensive insurance support to new and existing policyholders. Working from our office in White Settlement, TX, you will utilize your industry expertise and customer-centric approach to address client needs, educate on insurance solutions, and help foster long-term relationships. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and ongoing follow-up.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Apply a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance products and coverage options.
- Develop and cultivate sales leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable insurance products and services.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a consistent commitment to achieving daily and long-term success.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
- Stay up to date on product changes, licensing updates, technical developments, and continuing education requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure compliance and enhance expertise in the insurance field.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively—written, verbal, and listening skills required.
