Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as the primary contact for insurance clients, delivering knowledgeable and responsive service.
- Utilize active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to counsel clients on coverage and policy options.
- Contribute to client retention by providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Deliver accurate and friendly customer service tailored to each client's needs.
- Educate customers on insurance options through a needs-based review process.
