Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Utilize comprehensive industry knowledge and insurance licenses to advise and educate clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries about insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients on available insurance options.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success and client satisfaction.
- Support clients with claim submissions and policy service requests.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and activities for reporting purposes.
- Stay current with industry trends, product changes, licensing requirements, and ongoing education.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required).
