Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Act as a key resource for clients, addressing inquiries about insurance policies, coverage, claims, and billing.
- Utilize your active Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses to deliver expert assistance and guidance.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing timely follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to all clients.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
- Maintain a high level of detail orientation and accuracy in all tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Provide thorough and timely activity reports to agency leadership.
- Stay current on product changes, industry developments, and continuing education requirements.
