Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, and billing matters.
- Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based approach tailored to individual client requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic, demonstrating a daily commitment to success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Current Life and Health insurance license (required).
